Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation

Institutes can request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Access remains active until the paid period ends unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case for duplicate payments, failed activation, or verified billing mistakes. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

No payment data stored

Payment instrument information is processed by Razorpay and is not stored by CampusFlow.
